Yes, you can claim Remedial Massage, Myotherapy, MLD and Lymphoedema Management via the HICAPS machine or via electronic invoice. And the refund percentage from your private health is based on the contract you sign with them.

Remedial Massage, Myotherapy and Thai Massage aim to reproduce pain while the treatment is ongoing. That said, pain must be at a level of comfort for yourself. That’s why Giovanni  would check with you how you feel during the treatment, and if pressure is too much, he will adjust it to your comfort zone.

MLD is a pain-free technique. So, no pain has to be felt throughout the entire treatment.
