Giovanni is a skilled myotherapist who deeply cares for his clients well being. Upon arriving at the location, he greeted me with a warm welcome and was very accomodating by offering water. I came only for a lympathic drainage massage but had unexpectedly came out with greater self awareness of my body. He took the time to share his knowledge of the human anatomy, in particularly, the internal dysfunctions and physical limitations encompassing the body. I’ve come back for a few myotherapy and dry needling sessions and always leave his practice satisfied with the level of care provided. He tailors his treatments to your needs and prefers realistic and holistic approaches for recovery.

Met Gio a month ago looking for a therapist to treat a few chronic injuries from rock climbing and rope access work. After 3 sessions i can notice a general improvement and ease of pain. I had an excellent experience! I left feeling relaxed very soon after treatment.The therapist listened to everything I needed done and applied just the right amount of pressure when needed. I highly recommend this place for a good massage.
I went to Giovanni with an issue on my shoulder with a referral pain on the elbow. Giovanni assessed the issue professionally and explained to me the muscles and the tendons involved in the pain, the reasons why I had the pain and the level of treatment that he was going to perform in the next sessions. 4 weeks after I have the shoulder and neck mobility to levels that I probably didn’t have 15 years ago and the pain disappeared. I strongly recommend Giovanni and his approach to anybody. He will teach you also how you can improve and maintain the result applying the technique yourself.
Giovanni practices a very unique style of transformational bodywork focusing on the ligaments and tendons which help to let go of deeply held tension and emotional holding patterns, which most other techniques only just begin to address.
This was unlike any Thai massage I’ve had before. It was amazing! Giovanni is very professional and talks through the philosophy and why tension builds up in your body. He even gave a few techniques to help self manage parts that tend to become sure and stiff.

Giovanni is incredibly knowledgeable and insightful about the connection between our mind and body and how daily habits can translate into tensions in the body. It was definitely a different Thai massage experience because he is sincere in helping his clients by educating them about self-awareness and I find that incredibly empowering. I noticed a difference in my body before and after the massage: there was more range of motion in my limbs (I never knew my body was this tense) and every muscle just felt much more relaxed.I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a really good Thai massage, or seeking to understand their body better or simply wanting to learn how to be healthier in life!
Within the first few minutes Giovanni pointed out niggles that I wasn’t fully aware of / understood. And I learnt so much about the mind-body connection, and how our emotions / experience can manifest / show up in our bodies. I have broken my left humerus last December and, apart from the pain from the fracture itself, I was struggling from reduced mobility and stiffness in the elbow and shoulder given by my arm being immobilised in a brace for months. Gio talked to me about MLD and how it could help in accelerating bone healing and reducing the stiffness, so I decided to give it a try. Although I was a bit apprehensive about getting a massage on my broken arm, I was immediately reassured by Giovanni’s professionalism and knowledge about the topic. I found the massages to be very delicate and pain free, Gio always explained the process before each session and was great at working gradually adjusting to my increasing mobility and confidence. I noticed big improvements from the first session, both in pain reduction and in range of motion, with additional side benefits such as deep relaxation and boost in energy level. The workshop was full of pleasant surprise which brought me the knowledge of how body and mind are connected together.Gio’s explanation was very thorough and his demonstration was easy to understand. Angie Richards11/06/2024I've recently started seeing Giovanni for Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage after an operation. Giovanni is highly knowledgeable, professional and an all around great massuese - the different to my post-op swelling is immediate and its such a relief when I see him. Last time I attended, I asked if we could pivot the MLD session as I had a really painfully tight hip, and Giovanni made the pain go away in minutes AND explained in clear words what was going on, providing me several exercises and stretches to do at home to improve my hip mobility and core/pelvis strength. I highly recommend Giovanni and will now be seeing him for remedial massage as well as my ongoing MLD :)

Bat Chain Puller28/05/2024I've had three sessions with Giovanni to address ongoing pain in my shoulder and after just one session of myotherapy and practicing the exercises he assigned me, it had greatly improved. I am not suffering from anymore pain after three sessions of mobilisation, one dry needling session, and practicing the exercises consistently. This is due to the very thorough approach he takes which addresses the injury/pain at the source. Giovanni is very friendly and easy to talk to, with a good sense of humour paired with a lot of professionalism. Would definitely reccomend!
