Thank you so much to Giovanni. He is a well spoken and understanding man to your wants and needs. His lymphatic massages were so relaxing and great that I fell asleep multiples times. He takes the time to do each person individually, as I came with my partner. He respects your body and lets you know about how you can improve your mobile movements and stabile movements. He gives you great advice on how to improve the way you move. We usually don’t think about this in our daily lives, but realising how cruical it is everyday to move correctly.
Giovanni is a skilled myotherapist who deeply cares for his clients well being. Upon arriving at the location, he greeted me with a warm welcome and was very accomodating by offering water. I came only for a lympathic drainage massage but had unexpectedly came out with greater self awareness of my body. He took the time to share his knowledge of the human anatomy, in particularly, the internal dysfunctions and physical limitations encompassing the body. I’ve come back for a few myotherapy and dry needling sessions and always leave his practice satisfied with the level of care provided. He tailors his treatments to your needs and prefers realistic and holistic approaches for recovery.
I highly recommend going to Giovanni for pain relief as he can diagnose these issues expertly. He understands the stresses that our mind and body go through in our day to day lives and does his best to work with us without judgment. Please support what he strives to do for us. He hopes that we can discover our unique path towards personal healing, growth and enlightenment.
I had constant hip tightness from exercise and Giovanni has helped relieve this considerately.
He is considerate to other pressures in life and gave me advice specific to my ability and body.
Giovanni is amazing. Not only is he extremely knowledgable and friendly, but he is also very perceptive of subtle changes and masterfully adjusts treatments to suit dynamic problems. He has helped me a lot with chronic neck and shoulder pain through both direct treatment and great advice on what to do between treatments and how to prevent repeated injuries long term.
Giovanni is a wonderfully knowledgeable, skilful masseuse and an all-round lovely person too. He has helped me get a shoulder injury under control very quickly and has really helped me keep on top of some old injuries as well so that they don’t flare up. I love that Giovanni doesn’t just give you a massage, he will provide exercises and stretches to do at home too. His knowledge means you get comprehensive treatment which is really great value for money.

Giovanni has been helping me over the past few months to recover from an injury and address the underlying causes drawing on a range of different approaches and techniques from dry needling to massage to exercises to practice at home. Giovanni really listens and is knowledgeable and forthcoming in explaining what he recommends and why, drawing on diverse approaches. I’ve appreciated his holistic and tailored approach.
As someone who experiences chronic neck and back pain, I found Giovanni’s unique technique worked a treat with my body. He takes the time to explain things and provided me with some simple exercise techniques. I would definitely recommend a session with him.

The thai massage with Giovanni helped me unlock some parts of my body that were stressed from working in the trades sector. He is very knowledgeable and will give you a thorough assessment, gently pointing out the parts of your body that need to be worked on and why.
I will certainly go back for a massage with Giovanni when visiting Melbourne again.
Giovanni is a genius. After 12 month looking for a solution to my chronic pain…Within minutes he knew the causes of it and had it sorted in an hour. I now feel amazing. Thanks Giovanni
I will certainly go back for a massage with Giovanni when visiting Melbourne again.
Giovanni has a very professional but easygoing approach. I really enjoyed the way he walked me through every step of the massage providing useful information to improve my awareness of my posture. I felt very relieved after, my joints and My shoulders really got better and I felt Much more relaxed. I strongly recommend Giovanni as I strongly believe (Like he does) in the holistic approach to healing. Well done Giovanni!

Met Gio a month ago looking for a therapist to treat a few chronic injuries from rock climbing and rope access work. After 3 sessions i can notice a general improvement and ease of pain. He has great KNOWLEDGE of the anatomy and functioning of the human body and he is very PROFESSIONAL. Also always keen to share techniques and give specific exercises to work at home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Gio and I crossed paths in a very unusual way, via a conference on the other side of the world and me being a friend of a friend. Gio irradiates positive energy and love for the other and he completely transpose this into his massage treatments. In a very humble and sweet, yet knowledgeable, way, he is takes your body and mind on a journey along the path of emotions. Via his practice you will learn how to correct your body and relax your mind. I only wished I did not live on the other side of the planet!
If you are after a genuine Thai treatment, Giovanni is the person to go to! I came in with limited mobility in my upper back and left with increased mobility and a general sensation of feeling relaxed.I have found a reliable Thai massage therapist who can assess and treat me properly – thank you Giovanni!
I have been to Melbourne Massage and Treatment twice now, Giovanni really listened and gave me the most comprehensive assessment of my condition. He was great at explaining what he noticed were causing them. He then worked on my body to address the issues. i feel so much better. This is not your shop front Thai massage; this is targeted treatment using Thai, remedial and Myotherapeutic techniques. i will definitely go back and refer my friends to Giovanni,
I had an excellent experience! I left feeling relaxed very soon after treatment. The therapist listened to everything I needed done and applied just the right amount of pressure when needed. I highly recommend this place for a good massage.
I went to Giovanni with an issue on my shoulder with a referral pain on the elbow. Giovanni assessed the issue professionally and explained to me the muscles and the tendons involved in the pain, the reasons why I had the pain and the level of treatment that he was going to perform in the next sessions. 4 weeks after I have the shoulder and neck mobility to levels that I probably didn’t have 15 years ago and the pain disappeared. I strongly recommend Giovanni and his approach to anybody. He will teach you also how you can improve and maintain the result applying the technique yourself.

Giovanni practices a very unique style of transformational bodywork focusing on the ligaments and tendons which help to let go of deeply held tension and emotional holding patterns, which most other techniques only just begin to address.
This was unlike any Thai massage I’ve had before. It was amazing! Giovanni is very professional and talks through the philosophy and why tension builds up in your body. He even gave a few techniques to help self manage parts that tend to become sure and stiff.
Giovanni applies the perfect amount of pressure, this style of massage is great. I was so relaxed for the rest of the day and had a deepest sleep that night.I would highly recommend trying this style of massage out.
Really great experience totally different from what I was expecting, he certainly help me with my pain, and even he’s helping to improve my posture so the pain won’t keep to come back. I highly recommend Giovanni’s massage!
Gabriele Lorenzoni
Great traditional Thai massage. Very knowledgeable masseur willing to share his expertise with his clients.
Giovanni is incredibly knowledgeable and insightful about the connection between our mind and body and how daily habits can translate into tensions in the body. It was definitely a different Thai massage experience because he is sincere in helping his clients by educating them about self-awareness and I find that incredibly empowering. I noticed a difference in my body before and after the massage: there was more range of motion in my limbs (I never knew my body was this tense) and every muscle just felt much more relaxed.I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a really good Thai massage, or seeking to understand their body better or simply wanting to learn how to be healthier in life!
Within the first few minutes Giovanni pointed out niggles that I wasn’t fully aware of / understood. And I learnt so much about the mind-body connection, and how our emotions / experience can manifest / show up in our bodies. Definitely not something I’d learn studying Anatomy in uni, which is saying something :p great experience overall, would definitely recommend and come back!
Gio was very well versed in the principles of this therapy and their application. It is clear that he has done much research and is a sincere healer. My shoulder became much less tense with his touch! Thank you Gio, I will be back soon!
Marco Nazzaro
Very knowledgeable in understanding the body..and after one session I had a huge improvement..I would definitely recommend him..
I had my first experience with Melbourne Massage and Treatment and it was amazing with gentle approach I felt so light after this practice with my body in general, I was experiencing a pain on my left leg , besides that he taught me tricks and exercises as well making me notice how important is to seat well and the position that I was adopting while I’m sitting at work.Looking forward to book another session. Thanks Gio!

I can only endorse what Giovanni says, Giovanni and I met several years ago in an other working environment different from massage , we clicked straight away because is very genuine and positive outlook guy, so when i went to visit him for the first time in his new studio I did not know what to expect, what i found were these incredible techniques he had learnt in Thailand and perfecting them around the world too. he has helped me heaps to regain control of my body as often i am decentralise , because of old injury of mine also he taught me a couple of exercise that help me through the rest of the day/week. 1 big special THANK YOU Giovanni, i shall see you soon

Hello everyone I highly recommend a professional like Giovanni! My body and my psyche were sick, after a single session I feel a lot of difference! See you soon Giovanni!

The first time I saw Giovanni was during a Paris-Milan flight. He unlocked both my hands.
Seriously, since I met him he has developed a deep and careful research. His constancy and his care in what he does make him the professional he is.
I am a dancer and I feel benefits of his treatments not only during the practice but over time.
And last thing, thanks Giovanni for not separating the body from the spirit.

Amazing experience.
After this pratice I immediately noticed the benefits, a greater joint mobility of the back, shoulders and neck, even the following days. I understood a new way to listen to my body and understand the signals it sends me and where my physical and emotional tensions are. Thanks Giovanni, for making me discover this world.
I recommend it to anyone!

Was an absolute pleasure to take a self thai massage class with Giovanni. He has a grounded, intuitive approach and an amazing way of explaining things. Overall a unique and valuable experience. I’d highly recommend him.
Marco Garcia Susini
Amazing experience, Gio is really good by telling you how your emotions are feeling by reading your body. After one hour of session he corrected my body, now I feel flexible and my mind isn’t overthinking anymore!
Giovanni located the root cause of my neck issue and took me through step by step on the contributing factors and methods to heal and prevent further issues. Giovanni is a true Professional!!
I have broken my left humerus last December and, apart from the pain from the fracture itself, I was struggling from reduced mobility and stiffness in the elbow and shoulder given by my arm being immobilised in a brace for months. Gio talked to me about MLD and how it could help in accelerating bone healing and reducing the stiffness, so I decided to give it a try. Although I was a bit apprehensive about getting a massage on my broken arm, I was immediately reassured by Giovanni’s professionalism and knowledge about the topic. I found the massages to be very delicate and pain free, Gio always explained the process before each session and was great at working gradually adjusting to my increasing mobility and confidence. I noticed big improvements from the first session, both in pain reduction and in range of motion, with additional side benefits such as deep relaxation and boost in energy level. I would 100% recommend MLD at Melbourne Massage and Treatment as their professionalism and dedication are unmet. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Friendly service, very knowledgable and gets right into the effected areas.
Would recommend

I definitely highly recomend a visit to Melbourne Massage and Treatment. Giovanni work with the body in a very professional and spiritual way and he makes you feel very comfortable and safe.
He does a really deep work, through the body, using his big knowledge and soul.
I recently did Giovanni’s Thai Yoga Class and it was amazing. As a photographer, my body is constantly under pressure and I walked out of his class feeling light and armed with simple exercises that I can do at home with ease. Giovanni is a delight! Highly recommend
Giovanni is an expert in his own area of knowledge, he knows the Body and shares with you his learnings. He is passionate about what he is doing and never stops learning to be able to grow, to teach and to broaden his yet tremendous skills. I had a relaxing massage and I also attended Thai Yoga classes in the Dancehouse in Carlton. I always feel amazing after his sessions and I leave with new learnings and techniques to use on my own. Highly recommended! Thank you Giovanni.

I have done a couple of self thai massage workshops with Giovanni and found him really amenable and generous with his mind-body knowledge. He shares insightful but simple tips to become acquainted and work with your body to alleviate the ‘sticky’ stuff we accumulate on a day to day basis, giving us more tools to wind down in a way that creates much more space to find ease and pleasure in the present moment

Great work, Gio does… first time we met, he gifted me with a technique for my left shoulder, made it way better, there and then! I had not been able to fix it yet, and I have been active for years now… Total recommend !

I did a self thai massage class with Giovanni and discovered a whole new technique that everybody can do, releasing tension from the inside, and as delivery rider it helped me so much with my back pains.
Giovanni is a very interesting person and you can tell from the first moment that he is full of knowledge and willing to share and help people.
Definitely recommend meeting him!

I got to know Melbourne Massage Treatment with Thai Yoga workshop. As a full-time student/massage therapist/yoga practitioner living a hectic life, I was in need of looking after myselfThe workshop was full of pleasant surprise which brought me the knowledge of how body and mind are connected together.Gio’s explanation was very thorough and his demonstration was easy to understand. We had enough time to go through all the postures and I found improvement of my body after the session. With passion and beautiful energy, Gio brought the authentic knowledge from Thailand and it led me to the first therapy session with him. I cannot recommend Giovanni highly enough. He has been an incredible source of knowledge, support and professional care for my NDIS client, who was recently diagnosed with lymphoedema.
My client has a profound intellectual disability, and Giovanni has demonstrated exceptional patience, compassion and understanding throughout her treatment. His gentle approach and outstanding communication skills have made a real difference in ensuring she feels comfortable and well cared for.
Giovanni also went above and beyond by managing my client's SWEP application from start to finish to secure funding for custom-made compression bandages tailored to fit her legs. He has continued to provide support through follow-up appointments, ensuring the bandages are fitted correctly and taking the time to train our support staff in how to apply them properly.
What truly sets Giovanni apart is his genuine commitment to his clients. He doesn't simply provide treatment and send you on your way; he follows up, monitors progress and ensures everyone involved in the client's care feels informed and supported.
His knowledge, experience, professionalism and compassionate approach are second to none. It is reassuring to work with a therapist who genuinely cares about the wellbeing of his clients and goes the extra mile to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Thank you, Giovanni, for the exceptional care and dedication you have shown my client. You are a true professional, and I would wholeheartedly recommend your services to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough therapist.

Giovanni is a highly skilled and caring professional who helped me break down lumpy scar tissue. He is a true professional, I can’t recommend him enough! I no longer have any of those lumps! It was a daunting time for me yet he always made me feel at ease with his calm demeanour; and knowing his impressive qualifications and training/work background really helped too. The treatment plan was clearly laid out, he explained the science behind MLD and how it assists the body in reorganising tissue to become smooth again. Even though relaxation wasn’t a goal of the session, I always left feeling a lot more relaxed - the space, Giovanni’s demeanour and the practise has that effect. Knowing I was in great hands made me trust the process. Thank you so much Giovanni! Would also love to see you for exercise help at some point 😊

I can’t recommend Giovanni at Melbourne Massage and Treatment highly enough.
I had been suffering debilitating shoulder pain for more than 12 months and had tried multiple therapies with little success. My doctor suggested I see Giovanni after hearing excellent feedback from other patients — and I’m so glad she did.
After just one session, the shoulder pain that had been tormenting me for so long disappeared.
Giovanni has an exceptional understanding of anatomy and biomechanics, and his ability to quickly identify and treat the root cause of a problem is impressive. He is also professional, personable and easy to be around.
I was so impressed that I now attend regular fitness classes with him to improve my range of motion and strength.
Highly recommended.
