A: Behind the puberty time, there is no age limit that should stop you from getting into a fitness class. A: That is perfectly fine. Many of my clients begin with little to no training experience. We start with foundational movements, mobility and stability, and gradually build confidence and strength.

He started studying massage therapy in 2016, then completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Myotherapy in August 2024.
